Tai Chi and Qi Gong
As Chinese culture has spread across the globe, many western people have found value in the slow rhythmic movements of Tai Chi and Qi gong. These forms possess both meditative and martial aspects. Perhaps a good modern definition of Tai Chi would be to call it a “psychophysical movement discipline, where mind, body and spirit work together for development of one’s greater potential.”

Tai Chi and Qi gong have been known to improve balance and stability, ease hypertension, lower blood pressure and increase creativity, along with a host of other benefits.

In Tai Chi and Qi gong there are a variety of forms and methods of practice. At Innermost Essence we tailor programs to meet specific personal needs while bringing modern relevance, effective instruction and accessibility to the traditional internal arts.

We create programs drawing from many traditional styles including: Yang style Tai Chi, Sin Tien WuJi Qi Gong , Swimming Dragon Qi gong, Bagua Zhang and Tai Chi for Liberation.
